Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and all related agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

City of Calgary Health & Facility Disclaimer

Services may be provided in:

• Private studios
• Rented gym or recreation facilities
• Outdoor public spaces within the City of Calgary
• Client homes
• Virtual/online platforms

You acknowledge that:

• Outdoor and public-space training may involve environmental risks (weather, terrain, public interaction)
• You are responsible for complying with posted rules, signage, and applicable City of Calgary bylaws when participating in outdoor or public sessions
• Facility rules set by third-party gyms, studios, or recreation centres must be followed

Coldrick Health & Fitness is not responsible for conditions, equipment, or actions of third-party facilities or public spaces.

License Grant

Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

Prohibited:

• Sharing files
• Uploading to membership platforms
• Redistributing
• Reselling

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless required by law.
